I need help logging in to the Portal!
Email [email protected] for help logging into the portal.
How can I add/update my credit card information in the Portal?
Click here for a helpful video of the process of adding or updating credit card information in the Portal.
Why am I seeing multiple small charges from Holy Blossom on my credit card statement?
Our database charges each item separately, so you may see multiple charges if you opt to support any of the voluntaries (Brotherhood/Women of Holy Blossom, ARZA, etc.). Annual Campaign contributions and the Security and Access fee are also charged separately from your Membership Contribution.
I pay my membership through PAD (bank account/provided a VOID cheque). Why do the charges appear as “Toronto Hebrew Congregation” in my bank account?
Toronto Hebrew Congregation is the name that which Holy Blossom Temple was originally incorporated. We have inquired with the bank as to how we can change this, but for now, you will continue to see direct debits coming from “Toronto Hebrew Congregation” for Membership Contributions paid by PAD and related designations (see previous question and answer).
Why isn’t my 19 or 20-year-old on my account?
Once a member turns 19 (as of July 1st of the current year), they move to their own account. If they recently turned 19, you can renew them by including a note with your renewal or by contacting Marni Turner at 416 789 3291 ext. 232. Their membership is $18.
