Bringing Holy Blossom’s Magic to the Sunshine State
Bringing Holy Blossom’s Magic to the Sunshine State
The warmth of our Holy Blossom Temple community extends beyond the Temple walls this winter as Cantor David Rosen brings the familiar melodies and spiritual energy of our Shabbat worship services to Florida. Temple members and friends will gather for a special cocktail reception and Kabbalat Shabbat service in Naples on Friday, February 28, and a cocktail reception and Havdallah service in Boca Raton on Saturday, March 1.
These gatherings offer a wonderful opportunity for our snowbird members to reconnect with their spiritual home while enjoying the Florida sunshine. The familiar tunes that fill our sanctuary each Friday night will create that same sacred space, allowing our community to share in the joy and tradition that makes Holy Blossom so special.
“It’s about more than just services,” says Cantor Rosen. “These gatherings allow us to strengthen the bonds of our community, even when we’re far from home. There’s something magical about sharing our cherished melodies and traditions with both familiar faces and new friends.”
The events also provide an opportunity to welcome non-members and share the unique spirit of Holy Blossom Temple. Through music, prayer, and just being together, we can showcase the warmth and inclusivity that defines our congregation. For our Florida-based members and guests, this is a chance to experience the connection to each other and to our Holy Blossom Community.
Whether you’re a long-time member or new to our community, all are welcome to join in these special celebrations as we create sacred time and space together in the Sunshine State.
