Simchat Torah

We hope you will join us at 6:30 pm for Flag Decorating!
All children are invited to create a flag of their own to proudly wave in the Torah Parade!
To cap off our month of holy days and festivals, our intergenerational Simchat Torah celebration is a highlight of the year.
Our Grade One Consecration Students will receive their “baby Torahs” at 6:00 pm in a special ceremony with their families and teachers.
The congregational celebration begins at 7:00 pm when we parade our Ten Torah Scrolls around the sanctuary for Seven Hakafot! We’ll hear the last verses of the Torah and then start all over again with the first verses of “In the Beginning…”
Dessert and Dancing with our live Klezmer Band will follow for all to enjoy.
Come wave a flag, carry a Torah, make a happy memory, and dance the night away!
A special invitation goes out to our teen leadership and to our Camp George campers and staff.
