Rebecca Joffe
Hi, my name is Rebecca Joffe and I am so happy and excited to be your new ambassador for our Tot and Family Shabbat. I have been a member of Holy Blossom my entire life. I had my Bat Mitzvah, chose to be confirmed, and was blessed to be married and name our daughter, now 2 years old, at Temple. In addition to being a member, for the past 3 years, I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to enhance my connection with Temple and become a teacher in the Youth Education Centre. In addition, our daughter now attends the Early Childhood Centre at Temple.
As a little girl, I looked forward to Kabbalat Shabbat services at Temple, with my dad. Life is cyclical, and now I look forward to this time with my entire family. Tot and Family Shabbat, which has been generously sponsored by Carole and Jay Sterling and Family, is a wonderful time to connect with family and friends, near and far, and to share nachas and mazel moments with one another.
Mark Weinstock, Cantor Rosen, Rabbi Goodman, Rabbi Tepper, Lisa Isen Baumal and myself, are all very excited to see your singing smiling faces at Tot and Family Shabbat (5:30 pm), and we invite you all to register to attend our zoom gatherings on the following dates:

If you and your family would like to Host, we’d love to welcome you to say the blessings over the candles, wine and challah, so please reach out!
We are hoping that after Passover we will be able to resume in-person Tot and Family Shabbat, but until then we look forward to seeing you all online.
