Well Grade 3… it has been an amazing year. Together we learned a huge range of Jewish topics, including the study of Jewish lifecycle events, an exploration of the land of Israel, different looks at Jewish holidays we know and love, and so much Hebrew content! Today, on our final day of Grade 3, we went to an Israeli Kibbutz and learned some Israeli dancing! We said goodbye to our Shinshinim Noa and Ido, and also prepped our Hebrew games for the games fair.
Together we reflected on our favourite parts of the Grade 3 curriculum. We enjoyed a final service with David Gershon (and a performance from our Junior Choir), and invited a few parents back into the classroom to play the Hebrew games that the students have been working on all year – they were so great! Thank you for an incredible year of learning, community and fun. We hope to see you all back next year at HBT YEC! Look out for your students’ report cards coming to you at the beginning of June!
