Today was a busy day in Grade 3! We started off learning some Chanukah tunes that we will be performing on our last day of YEC for the year. The students are beginning to sound great! Afterward, we enjoyed a service in the youth chapel, followed by a fun Shinshinim-led program about traditions. We finished up our discussion on the rules and laws the Jewish people were given in the book of Leviticus, and talked about how following these laws and doing other selfless acts helps us act like holy people. The students contributed to a wall of ‘holy bricks’ by designing a brick around different ways they themselves can be holy. Finally, the students began reviewing for their Hebrew quiz next week! Don’t forget to review at home!
