We are thrilled to welcome our summer interns to the team!
Holy Blossom’s incredible community has always been very special to me. Some of my favourite memories with Holy Blossom have included my time working on the HABSTY board, travelling with Holy Blossom to Israel and attending social justice conferences in Washington. Most recently, I was working at the Youth Education Centre, creating meaningful connections with students.
I am going into my third year at Ryerson University, where I am working towards a Bachelor of Social Work degree. In my spare time, I love doing photography.
I am looking forward to getting to know you all (virtually or in-person) this summer!
Hi, Hello, Shalom! My name is Ben Rosenberg, and I am fortunate to be one of the summer interns for Holy Blossom this year. As a fourth-generation member, I am extremely grateful for the experiences, memories and community that Holy Blossom has provided me with. I know they will be with me for the rest of my life.
Here’s a little bit about myself. I am currently going into my third year at the University of Guelph, in the Bachelor of Arts Theatre Studies program. Outside of school, you can catch me playing guitar in the funk/rock band “The Thick.”
When I think of Holy Blossom, I think of a congregation united in song, music and prayer. Volunteering with the Tot Shabbat program, I was able to see the impact of this, inspiring kids of even the youngest ages. I am very excited to further engage with the Holy Blossom community, throughout the summer, and contribute in whichever ways I can. Despite the current state of separation, I hope to meet and connect with as many of you as possible.
