The topic for this entry is how Torah’s account of creation and science’s account of evolution are not mutually exclusive, but rather complementary.
It is my interpretation that the artistry of Kathy Dolgy Ludwig takes this point one step further, by reminding us that the elements of the world which were created eras ago remain with us as our world continues to evolve. The sun that we see in our sky is the sun that God created in the beginning. This is meaningful. The Shabbat that God created for day seven is the Shabbat that we continue to observe and celebrate.
