DESCRIPTION:Let’s Talk About Dying: The Before\, During and After\nCo-taught by Rabbi Splansky and Cynthia Good \nThursdays\, May 7\, 14\, and 21\, 1:00 pm (in-person & online) \nMay 7: Before\nMay 14: During\nMay 21: After \nIn these three hybrid sessions\, we will study a curated selection of texts to explore how we prepare for death\, how we die\, and what happens after. \nCynthia will draw from the novel\, Signal Fires\, by Dani Shapiro\, as well as other novels and memoirs. Rabbi Splansky will draw ancient wisdom from Torah\, Rabbinic literature\, and Jewish rituals\, as well as her own experiences of accompanying the dying. \nThere will be time for conversation and sharing your thoughts. \nRegister here \n
