DESCRIPTION:Our Bikkurim: Shavuot Baby Blessing\nFriday\, May 22\, 10:00 am \nThere is no better day to celebrate the newest members of our community than Shavuot\, the festival of Torah\, revelation\, and new beginnings. \nOn Shavuot morning\, we invite families with babies and toddlers to join us for a special Baby Blessing. Parents and grandparents will be invited to the bimah before the open Ark for a blessing and the singing of Shehecheyanu. \nIt is a simple and joyful way of saying: we see you\, we celebrate you\, and your child belongs here\, already and always. Because the story did not end at Sinai. It continues\, quite literally\, in your arms. \nJoin us in sacred worship in person or online. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease let us know how many people from your household\, including yourself\, are attending to assist with planning. DESCRIPTION:Shavuot Holy-Day Fun Breakout Rooms!\nFor 0-12 year olds   \nFriday\, May 22\, 10:45 am-12:15 pm (approx)   \nBring the whole family to Shavuot Yom Tov services\, and have your children experience our fun and engaging breakout activities!   \nOur Little Blossoms (ages 0-3) will bring a grownup along and enjoy creative music and stories with our songleader Ayla Smolash.   \nOlder children (ages 4-11) will have the opportunity to participate in a special program in partnership with L’Dance! These breakout activities will allow children to get a taste of the L’Dance Shavuot Break Camp\, which includes Shavuot crafts\, learning\, movement and games.   \nChildren who participate in either breakout room will rejoin their families in the Main Sanctuary for the conclusion of services and for kiddush lunch afterwards\, featuring dairy goods in honour of the festival.
