The Man Who Saw the Angels Fall: A Leonard Cohen Tribute
with author Christophe Lebold
Monday, November 4, 7:00 pm
Join us for an event presented by ECW Press, Holy Blossom Temple, the Toronto Jewish Film Foundation, and the French Embassy in Canada.
This will be a very special tribute to Canadian-Jewish legend Leonard Cohen, as we celebrate the release of a new biography about him, The Man Who Saw the Angels Fall, with author Christophe Lebold.
We will celebrate Leonard Cohen through film, music, and literature, with an exciting program of events.
The night will include:
* A screening of the short film “Ladies and Gentlemen…. Mr. Leonard Cohen” by Donald Brittain and Don Owen (1965)
* A book talk and discussion with French author Christophe Lebold, who will be on his North American tour
* A musical interlude with our own Cantor David Rosen
A limited number of spots have now reopened, and all are welcome to join online. To register your attendance, whether in-person or virtually, please click here: https://congregationconnect.tfaforms.net/f/HBTMWSAFLC
