“Talking with your children about …” Parent Education Series

3 weeks – Feb 26, March 26, and April 30, 9:30 am

This is a great opportunity to meet other Holy Blossom parents, to learn about talking with your children about relevant but challenging topics, and afterwards, to mingle for coffee at Holy Grounds.

The learning will be for the first 45 minutes approx., and afterwards, parents are encouraged to stay for coffee and get to know one another!

Sessions will take place in correlation with the Jewish holidays, with topics as follows:

February 26, 11:15 am-12:30 pm, PURIM – “There’s no God in the Megillah”: Talking with our children about God
March 26, 9:30 am-12:30 pm, PESACH – “The Haggadah as a model of the parent-child relationship”: What we can learn from the Haggadah about relating to our children.
April 30, 9:30 am-12:30 pm, ISRAELI HOLIDAYS – “Perfectly Imperfect” – Talking with your children about Israel, with our shinshinit Ella Payorski.
