Strength and Resilience in Jewish Tradition: Meditation and Mindfulness
with Cheryl Sylvester
Thursdays, October 26, November 2 & 9, 6:30 pm
Please join us following our regular daily mincha/ma’ariv service (6:00 pm) for these meaningful meditation sessions at this tense time. They are an opportunity to be in community together, not to escape what is happening, but to tap into the strength and resilience of our Jewish tradition through meditation and song. Led by Cheryl Sylvester, they aim to calm and soothe our hearts and souls, if only for a few minutes, in a time of grounding and re-centering in ourselves and in community.
