What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a meditative practice that combines asana practice with traditional Chinese medicine. Simply put: The practice works on a number of levels — stretching your connective tissue as well as clearing the meridians in your body so that your chi — your life force — flows more smoothly.
