Women and men are expected to play by different rules, which are defined by pervasive and persistent gender norms. This can be particularly challenging in the world of work, an environment created by men, for men, and still predominantly led by men. By playing by the traditional rules, women can sell themselves short, struggle to self-advocate and shy away from taking professional risks.
This session will explore how to better navigate gender dynamics to level the playing field at work and empower women to more fully express their talents, skills and ambitions.
