Jacques P. Gauthier, Ph.d. is one of the world’s leading experts on the legitimacy of the domicile of the Jewish people in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria in international law. Utilizing the historical and legal standing of the San Remo Conference as the basis for his work, Gauthier has travelled the world educating people from various backgrounds, religions and nationalities about the factual and legal origins of the state of Israel. He has presented his research before the heads of state, parliaments, and at elite universities worldwide.
Dr. Gauthier has acted as legal counsel to several nations including Spain, Mexico and the Republic of France, by whom he was knighted in 2000 (Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite) and in 2015 (Chevalier de la Légion D’Honneur).
