Holy Blossom’s L’Chaim program and the Israel Engagement Committee are teaming up to bring you a three-part series to explain the Israeli judicial system so that you can better understand the judicial review that is now underway in Israel.

Our expert lecturer will be Dr. Shay Menuchin. Shay was born in Israel and has been in Canada since 2016. Shay is an attorney — a member of the New York and Israel Bar — and holds a PhD in law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is currently an Executive Director in KPMG Law’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) US Tax Counsel. He is a member of Holy Blossom Temple.
