This is a 2-part Spring Wellness Webinar Series that focuses wholly on the positive, and dives into practical tools and strategies that can help us find resilience of Mind, Body and Spirit.
As the title suggests, this is a topic that’s always helpful, but it’s particularly relevant during this unique and challenging time.

Guest speaker, Dr. Cindy Grief, Medical Director of Mental Health Services at Baycrest Health Sciences.
Dr. Cindy Grief is a Geriatric Psychiatrist at Baycrest Health Sciences in Toronto, where she is the Medical Director for Mental Health. Her clinical roles encompass inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, including telepsychiatry. Bereavement is a particular area of interest, which prompted her to complete a Master’s of Science degree in Medical Anthropology. Dr. Grief is also a graduate of the Centre for Faculty Development’s Education Scholars program (UofT), and has been active in postgraduate and continuing education. She is co-founder of the Geriatric Mental Health education network, which offers regular videoconferences, online learning modules and webinars to health care professionals across Canada. Dr. Grief also is part of the Fountain of Health National Leadership Team, an initiative that promotes optimal aging and brain health.

“The 3 Ms of Resilience”
This is a relaxed, experiential evening featuring 3 distinct approaches to resilience, taught by members of our Holy Blossom family, that we can try in our own homes. They’re about 20 minutes each, and we’ll cycle through each of them – within the privacy of the webinar format – learning what can help.
“Resilience through Movement”, with Rabbi Ilyse Glickman, RYT.
“Music and Resilience” with Cantorial Soloist Lindi Rivers.
“Meditation for the Jewish Spirit”, with Meditation Leader Cheryl Sylvester.
(Previous yoga or meditation experience is not required to enjoy the evening.)
