Dorot Presents: Tai Chi with Frank Chow

This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion”
Frank Chow has been doing Tai Chi since 1980. He began instructing in 1988 for the Toronto School Board and for Parks and Recreation. He currently leads Tai Chi classes in High Park three times a week and one class at George Syme Community Centre. Frank does Tai Chi for health and relaxation.
The tai chi classes Frank will be leading us in will be basic beginner exercises. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move around in, running shoes are fine.
