Especially in the winter weather, come and learn from our friends at Baycrest how to avoid and deal with the perils of falling as we age. Join Nicole Campbell, a Registered Kinesiologist, CSEP CEP with the Community Falls Prevention Program at Baycrest.
$15/member, $18/non-member, including lunch from Holy Grounds.
Additionally, all are welcome to our regular Tuesday Games in the Schwartz/Reisman Atrium, beginning at 12:30 pm.
