Community Dinner: An Out of the Cold Program
Thursdays, starting November 2 through March 28, 5:00 pm
Community Dinner: An Out of the Cold Program, is our community’s chance to join together for a meal that replenishes body and soul. Together we can feed those experiencing food insecurity and homelessness. Volunteers with Holy Blossom Temple provide a warm meal, resources, warm clothes for the winter, and solace during these dark and cold months when they are needed most.
Returning, veteran, and new volunteers are all welcome! Please contact our volunteer coordinator, Tabitha Grove ([email protected]), to secure your volunteer date and role. We are always looking for new volunteers to greet and welcome, serve, bake at home, help transport food, and help us set up and break down the Phillip & Fannie Smith Congregational Hall.
Due to current limitations, our guests cannot sleep over.
Please note that, due to security issues and ongoing building renewal, the Phillip & Fannie Smith Congregational Hall is not accessible for people with disabilities during the operating hours of this program.
The Out of the Cold Program at Holy Blossom Temple is sponsored, in part, by The Pollack Family in memory of Lloyd J Pollack.
