Ba’Zman: Journeys in the Jewish Calendar with Rabbi Dalia Marx

June 26 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Starts In:

Ba’Zman (From Time to Time): Journeys in the Jewish Calendar

with Rabbi Dalia Marx, PhD (ONLINE)

Wednesday, June 26, 11:30 am

Please join Rabbi Dalia Marx, PhD, as she teaches a virtual session, inspired by her new book “From Time to Time: Journeys in the Jewish Calendar”. Together with Rabbi Eliza McCarroll, we’ll learn about the little-known fast day of 20 Sivan, as a springboard for a general conversation about our communal calendar celebrations and commemorations.

This is a very special opportunity to hear from one of Reform Judaism’s pre-eminent teachers, scholars, and friends of Holy Blossom Temple!

Registration is $36 and includes the purchase of the book, which will be ready for pickup at Temple on the day of the class.
Join us either at Temple, or online (link sent upon registration).

This class is also the first of a three-part series with Rabbi McCarroll, more information of which can be found here. The next two classes are at 11:30 am, on July 3 and July 10.

Register for all three sessions HERE!
