Join Holy Blossom Temple in our celebration of Yom Ha’Atzmaut with a Taste of Israel! Enjoy a classic Israeli feast with a modern flourish made by chef Tomer Markovitz and an interesting discussion on what makes Israeli food so unique!

Celebrated chef Tomer Markovitz, owner and chef at Romi’s on St. Clair West here in Toronto, will be cooking up a classic Israeli feast with a modern flourish. Together we will eat a delicious meal, learn about a major election coming up in Israel, and explore Chef’s Tomer story. What is it like to be a proud Israeli, serving up a taste of Tel Aviv in Toronto? What makes Israeli cuisine unique and special?
