Extreme Morality
with David Bezmozgis
When does the Jewish faith permit moral compromise and when does it not? What moral lines cannot be crossed? When do we accept martyrdom? Why are some people capable of making this sacrifice while most others are not, no matter how much moral education they have received? David Bezmozgis will examine the concepts of sin, repentance and forgiveness in terms of his Giller-nominated novel, The Betrayers.
