YEAH provides monthly activities for our students both in and out of our building, as well as opportunities to take part in Temple events together. YEAH is a great way to spend time with your Holy Blossom friends, and make new friends! Have an idea for an activity you’d like to do? Let us know, and we’ll make it happen!
Join the mailing list at [email protected] to get information about monthly events and Temple activities YEAH is a part of! Non-member friends are welcome. Contact: Lisa Isen Baumal, [email protected] 416-7879-3291 ext. 242
JVC offers a combination of age-appropriate social events, as well as an opportunity for students to participate in monthly Social Action/Hands-on Mitzvah programs: HOME (hands on mitzvah experiences). HOME events take place on the first Monday of each month, at 5pm, prior to Senior School. These are opportunities for students to get a hands on ‘taste’ of what doing mitzvot is all about, and these experiences can count towards their Shaarei Kehillah B’nei Mitzvah program. Join the mailing list at [email protected] to get information about upcoming events, or contact us if you have an idea for a great Mitzvah project! Non-member friends are welcome. JVC students are also eligible to participate in some high school events.

Alongside our Temple renewal, we are renewing Teen Life at Holy Blossom this year! Teens are invited to come join our brand new HBTeen council to have a say about what goes on for teens at Temple! HBTeens will be hosting one special program a month, and running open lounge night every Monday after classes. HBTeens is also our gateway to NFTY NEL, our local region of the North American Federation of Temple Youth, which hosts fantastic weekend programs in cities across the region. Ask us more about NFTY if you are interested in connecting with Jewish teens at other shuls.
