Aspirational Zionism
The Elaine and Marvin Givertz Annual Lecture Series presents:
Aspirational Zionism: How Moral Imagination Enriches our Love of Israel and the Jewish People
Tuesday, April 28, 7:00 pm
Please save the date of Tuesday, April 28, at 7:00 pm, as we welcome Yehuda Kurtzer, President of the Shalom Hartman Institute and one of the most compelling thinkers and authors engaging the major challenges facing the Jewish people today.

Yehuda is the author of Shuva: The Future of the Jewish Past, the co-editor of The New Jewish Canon, and the host of the award-winning Identity/Crisis podcast. Under his leadership, the Shalom Hartman Institute has become a premier think tank and educational centre for the North American Jewish community.
His voice has become especially trusted for helping communities navigate the complex moral, spiritual, and political questions of our time with depth, sophistication, and intellectual honesty. For the Canadian Jewish community, Yehuda’s perspectives offer a particularly resonant and timely opportunity for learning and reflection.
We look forward to welcoming Yehuda for this public conversation, offered in partnership with the Shalom Hartman Institute of Canada.
