Wednesday, March 19, 10:45 am
Join us for a very special outing to the Aga Khan Museum, where we will be taken on a personalized 1 hour guided tour throughout the museum, which includes access to unique exhibitions in celebration of their 10th anniversary!
These special installations include the return of artist Luke Jerram’s exhibition, entitled “The Moon: A Voyage Through Time (2019)”, which illuminates NASA’s imagery of the lunar surface, in beautifully sculpted detail! As well as an entire floor of world-renowned artists’ contemporary interactive and immersive exhibitions on light, entitled “Light: Visionary Perspectives”, featuring Canadian artist, Tannis Nielsen, as well as many prominent international artists, such as Sir Anish Kapoor.
We will meet in the museum’s front lobby at 10:45 a.m. Tours begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. Parking is $10.00/car. Carpooling is encouraged.
