Join HBT Brotherhood’s upcoming Introduction to Krav Maga class! In just a few intensive sessions, you’ll hone your situational awareness skills, learn when and how to use Krav Maga’s powerful tools and develop effective striking techniques that can neutralize threats in seconds.
From palm strikes to elbow blows, we’ll equip you with a versatile arsenal of self-defence moves that work in any environment – whether at home, on public transport, or in a tight spot. You’ll also learn how to escape various holds, defend against a wide range of attacks, including punches and chokes, and even learn to protect yourself against attacks with knives, sticks, and hammers.
