אַחֵינוּ כָּל בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל הַנְּתוּנִים בַּצָּרָה וּבַשִּׁבְיָה הָעוֹמְדִים בֵּין בַּיָּם וּבֵין בַּיַּבָּשָׁה הַמָּקוֹם יְרַחֵם עֲלֵיהֶם וְיוֹצִיאֵם מִצָּרָה לִרְוָחָה וּמֵאֲפֵלָה לְאוֹרָה וּמִשִּׁעְבּוּד לִגְאֻלָּה הָשָׁתָאבַּעֲגָלָא וּבִזְמַן קָרִיב.

“We claim as our own, the whole House of Israel. Those who are in distress or captivity, whether they abide on the sea or on the dry land: May The Omnipresent One have mercy upon them, and bring them forth from trouble to enlargement, from darkness to light, and from bondage to redemption, now speedily and soon.”
