A Backstage Tour, The Storied History of Toronto’s First Synagogue, and the healthy tension we hold between Tradition and Modernity.
with Rabbi Yael Splansky and representatives from the HBT Archives Committee

Part II – December 2
The Three Pillars of Avodah (prayer), Gemilut Chasadim (acts of kindness), and Kehillah Kedoshah (belonging to a sacred community)
with Cantor David Rosen, Rabbi Eliza McCarroll, and Lay Leadership from these three essential areas of Temple life.

Part III – December 9
The Three Pillars of Torah (life-long learning), Tikun Olam (social justice), and Ahavat Yisrael (love of Israel)
with Rabbi Sam Kaye, Lisa Isen Baumal, Principal of our Youth Education Centre, and Lay Leadership from these three robust areas of Temple life.
