During the High Holy Days, we return to community and ourselves in deeply spiritual ways. This brief daily class will help guide you home through the process of heshbon hanefesh, making an accounting of your soul. Using short readings, discussions, musical meditations, and reflective and creative exercises, we’ll prepare you for your own inner spiritual readiness and to be together again with the wider community in time for Rosh Hashanah. We’ll share nuggets of wisdom and do short spiritual exercises on Zoom. Join us for the whole series, or come as your schedule permits. Please note: we will meet IN PERSON in the Temple Atrium on Sundays, September 11, 18, and 25.
