We made ‘feel well’ boxes for a family member or a friend who is sick so that they can give it to someone who needs it. This mitzvah that we are learning about is called Bikur Holim, visiting the sick. The instructions are inside the box and it tells you what kinds of things you can put into the boxes. We began learning the words to the Ma Nishtanah.
At Shinshinim we learned about Bar’s hometown in Israel. He brought in pictures to show us his family and where he lives. We played a matching game and we all won! We also got to see a slide show of the beaches of where Bar is from and it’s so beautiful! Then we began reading the story of Purim that we will continue when we are back. Have a great family day weekend!
