In renewal

If you attended any of the events during our just completed All Congregation Renewal Celebration (ACRC for short), you know just how joyous a week it was. From our youngest Little Blossoms to our Temple Youth to our Young Professionals Group to Temple Seniors and everyone in between, our ACRC brought us together in the spirit of Renewal and in anticipation of our wonderful new campus. The largest event of the week was a champagne brunch attended by 400 or so, where the architects at Diamond Schmitt gave us a stunning glimpse into our future. But the highlight for most, was an opportunity to leave our own mark on Renewal by adding our handprint to an ever-growing Congregational Mural, which will be featured on the construction hoarding that will soon encircle the campus. The enthusiasm for this was clearly evident as hundreds of congregants painted their palms to give Renewal their own personal stamp of approval.

If you missed it, please know there will be further celebrations upcoming, including a more formal Groundbreaking event this spring. But in the meantime, we’d like to thank our incredibly generous donors, everyone who attended any of our ACRC events and especially all of the hardworking volunteers who helped make this ambitious week of activities such a memorable one.

The architect’s comments at the Sunday morning brunch were very informative.
